We offer store credit via an E-Gift Card instead. Please treat E-Gift Cards like cash.
**NO REFUNDS - EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS!
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
***Non-returnable merchandise includes: sale products, formal dresses, bodysuits, jumpsuits or pants.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.
- Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to A’ LA’ POSH.
**We do not provide shipping labels.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Alaposh.com diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
**Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, item or just receive a merchandise credit. If an exchange is not indicated or the size you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a store credit sent via email.

Depending on the shipping method selected, your return may take several days to reach us. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center.
Helpful Hint: We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.
All packages returned to us due to an invalid address will be restocked and you will be issued an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to reship an order as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. You can use the E-Gift Card to place an additional order to the corrected address; We do not guarantee that items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.
